O. Henry (Mike) Young
Over the last eighteen years, Mike Young has dedicated his legal education and career to the practice of elder law, including guardianships, probate, and Medicaid planning. He advises and assists clients with Medicaid planning, estate planning, probate administration, and establishment of guardianships. If you anticipate long-term medical needs of an aging parent or relative, that person does not have to become “poor” to qualify for Medicaid benefits. Using a variety of legal tools, Mike Young will work with you and your family members to preserve and protect assets in preparation for a Medicaid application. His goal is always to help you secure the Medicaid benefits you need, while protecting your property and assets.

In his guardianship practice, Mike Young helps you protect loved ones who are no longer able to protect themselves. He and his staff will work with you to establish a legal mechanism to safeguard the best interests, medical and financial, of your loved one.
